You can use Microsoft-based PDAs/mobile devices to wireless sync and access your Naples-Digital-Services.com Exchange hosting mailbox. These devices include those made by Dell, HP, etc., and can be used on Wi-Fi networks or on cellular networks by Verizon, SprintPCS, etc.

Section A - Prerequisites:

1. A Naples-Digital-Services.com Exchange hosting mailbox - MUST be on Power Plan or Executive Plan
2. A Microsoft PocketPC 2002/2003 device or anyMicrosoft SmartPhone. NOTE: PocketPC 2000 and older are not supported.
3. Internet access - must be able to access websites from device
4. Outlook 2000 or higher, successfully configured and attached to your mailbox on our servers
5. Your Outlook setup information with your username, password, server name, etc. This can be found in either the the welcome setup e-mail or you can log into the Naples-Digital-Services Control Panel and click on "View Outlook Setup Info."

1. Sync your device with your current setup.
2. Uninstall any existing ActiveSync software. NOTE: do *NOT* skip this step.
3. Restart PC
4. Download and run latest version of ActiveSync:
   Version 3.8:

   or choose latest version of Microsoft ActiveSync at:
   http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/default.mspx
    
5. Click on Next. At the "Get Connected" window, connect your device to the PC and turn it on.
6. Your device should now connect; if it does not, you must contact your device manufacturer - we cannot assist you with this step.
7. At the "Set Up a Partnership" window, select "Standard Partnership" and click on Next
8. At the "Specify how to synchronize data" window, select "Synchronize with Microsoft Exchange Server and/or this desktop computer" and click on "Next"
9. At the "Enable synchronization with a server" window:
   Server name: ActiveSync.MyOutlookOnline.com
   Username: [company.user from A-5 above]
   Password: [your exchange hosting password]
   Domain: MAIL
   Check "Save Password"
   Also, check "Enable SSL" if you see the option (depends on your version of OS)
10. At the "Items of this information type may already exist on your device" window, select either choice. We recommend "Delete any items on my device..."
11. At the "Enable synchronization with a server" window, select the items that you want to be synchronized
12. At the "Select Number of Partnerships" window, select the appropriate choice. We recommend "Yes" and hit "Next"
13. At the "Select Synchronization Settings" window, select the items that you want.
14. Click on "Finish"

Section C - Sync wirelessly:

1. Connect to the Internet by browsing www.yahoo.com
2. Click on "Start" -> ActiveSync -> SYNC
