Problem: When launching Outlook 2000
or setting up new user's Exchange settings, you get
this error message:
The name could not be resolved. The server containing
the Global Address list is no longer available. You
can reconnect to a different server by restarting Outlook
or retry the operation when the server is reachable.
This is a confirmed problem with Microsoft Outlook

Solution: Click here
to download this file and execute it. In Internet Explorer,
choose "Open" after clicking on the link.
Accept the warning prompt about importing data into
the registry.
