How to disable Outlook's e-mail merge virus warning

Problem: When doing an e-mail merge through Microsoft Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002 (XP), or Outlook 2003, you continually receive the warning:

A program is trying to access an email address you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose 'No.'

Solution: You can use a free third-party tool from here to bypass this issue. NOTE: we do not support this tool and are not responsible for any affects arising from its use.
